Frequently Asked Questions

Here are some of the most common questions we get asked about our classes. If you still have questions after reading this page, please contact us and we'll aim to get back to you within 1-3 working days. Please bear with us during busy times.

Q. Can I join a class even though I haven't got any experience?

A. Yes we welcome all beginners, no experience required. But if you do have any pole experience even if it's just one lesson please do let us know so we can prepare a good lesson for you in advance.

Q. What if I don't normally exercise and don't have any upper body strength or flexibility?

A. That is the best part, you will gain strength/flexibility and discover muscles you didn't even know you had! All levels are welcome and all classes are designed for mixed ability. All you need is regular practice and determination to achieve in pole fitness and aerial hoop.

Q. Does it matter how old I am or what size I am or my gender?

A. No! We welcome all genders, ages, shapes and sizes! We have a very flexible syllabus that can be tailored to your level, allowing you to get the most out of your classes and to ensure you are always progressing at your own pace.

Q. How many people will be in the class?

A. We usually run with a maximum of 2 people per piece of equipment and a maximum of 12 students per instructor. Our minimum number for classes to go ahead is 4 people. Sharing equipment with others is ideal as you can help each other, make new friends, and you won't get too tired!

Q. What do you need to bring/wear?

A. We recommend you wear whatever you are most comfortable in! You can find more detailed information on what to wear specifically for your Pole or Aerial Class here, shared in our Studio Rules.

Q. How long is the class?

A. Classes are one hour long, including a warm up at the start and a cool down at the end.

Q. How do I pay and book a class?

A. All spaces must be booked and paid for in advance via our online booking system - click here!

Q. What if I can no longer make a class that I booked?

A. All you have to do is leave the class you are booked onto 24hrs before is due to start, this will let you reschedule for another time (within the expiry date). If you do not give the booking system 24hrs notice to cancel, you will lose that class. Please note that unfortunately we cannot refund any bookings (unless you have a doctors note saying you are no longer able to exercise).
