1. BOOKINGS & CANCELATIONS​
 

(1.1) Students must leave the class a minimum of 24 hours before your class is due to start to qualify for re-booking, this applies to ALL memberships.

(1.2) All cancellations must be made through our booking system so it's on record. If you are struggling to login or leave the class, you MUST contact us at least 24hrs before your class is due to start so we are able to help you. Contacting us after this period will result in your class being lost.

(1.2.1) Pole Tricks aims to get back to all enquiries as soon as possible, however emergency enquiries such as logging in and class booking issues will take priority, for any other enquiries please allow up to 48hrs for a reply.

(1.2.2) For all enquiries please use poletricks@hotmail.com to contact us, if you haven't received a reply within 48hrs please resend the email or txt us on 07772733965. Social media messages can easily be missed or lost, so please bare this in mind when messaging us.
(1.3) You must leave the class if you are no longer able to attend so others can book on, failure to do this may lead to extra charges.
(1.4) Please ensure you are booked in for the correct class which reflects your level, unless otherwise discussed with your instructor. If you are unsure on which class to book please contact us.
(1.5) All memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable, you are getting a discount for committing to your membership. If you are struggling to attend the classes you have signed up for please reconsider your membership options, we have 3 membership options to suit all students.
(1.6) Pay as you go memberships have 30 days life time (from the day of purchase) and block booking memberships have 6 weeks life time (after booking the first class of the block) if classes are not used within this period they will be lost. Please read below for 'recurring memberships' (Monthly DD memberships).
(1.7) Students are responsible for booking their classes. Spaces are not guaranteed after purchasing a membership, please check there are spaces available before purchasing a membership.

(1.8) After purchasing a block booking membership please ensure book your classes in advance to avoid loosing your classes.
(1.9) Spaces are available on a 'first come, first served' basis. All bookings must be made through the booking system, this will ensure classes are not over booked. The booking system allows you to book up to one month in advance, classes get booked up quite quickly so make sure to book in advance.

(1.10) In the event of a long term illness or medical condition presents that stops you from further exercise, a doctors note stating you are no longer able to exercise will be required to claim a refund for any remaining classes left on your membership.

(1.11) Failed payments need to be rectified otherwise no further classes will be available to book or attend. Outstanding balances will be pursued.

(1.12) Private lessons require 48hrs notice to reschedule. Please note private lessons and workshop bookings are also non-refundable and non-transferable.

(1.13) You can swap to an earlier or later class, as long as its on the same night and it does not cause class numbers to drop below the minimum number. 'Class Swaps' are down to the instructors discretion as this may not be suitable for your level.

(1.14) By purchasing a class/course/workshop/membership you are accepting our terms and conditions and are fully aware of procedures in place and the outcomes if you breach them.​

2. CLASSES

(2.1) Studio rules are in place to keep students safe whilst training, failure to follow the rules will result in no longer being able to attend the classes.

(2.1.1) Students who turn up to class wearing unsuitable clothing or jewellery will be turned away and the class will be lost (please refer to our studio rules if you are unsure on what to bring and wear).

(2.2) We run adult classes with a max of 2 students per pole and 3 students per aerial equipment.
(2.3) For regular classes, taster sessions and workshops, student to equipment ratios can vary depending on class numbers, students' levels and type of class.

(2.3) The quantity of equipment being put for classes are at the instructors discretion. Lesson plans, hight of equipment and use of extras such as swivels are at the instructors discretion. 

(2.4) Pole Tricks reserves the right to change its class offer, timetable and pricing. Notice will be given of any changes, where possible.

2.5) Pole Tricks reserves the right to cancel or merge classes/courses/workshops if the minimum number is not reached (4 students).

(2.5.1) Pole Tricks reserves the right to cancel classes during extreme weather conditions.

(2.5.2) Due to our Moreton venue having a snow roof, classes will not run on snow days because the equipment cannot be hung from the ceiling safely.
(2.6) In the event of Pole Tricks having to cancel a class, we aim to give you at least 2 hours notice, where possible. The booking system will automatically email you when a class is cancelled (please check your junk folder as sometimes emails land in there). If you are unsure whether your class was cancelled please check the booking system (the class will no longer be showing) or contact us.

(2.7) If your class is cancelled we will extend your membership expiration date by one week for pay as you go and block booking memberships, for monthly memberships you will receive a catch up (please see below for more information on catch ups)
(2.8) Pole Tricks runs for 48 weeks of the year, the remaining 4 weeks are 'floating weeks' which may or may not be taken by Pole Tricks.
(2.9) Holidays, bank holidays and public holidays are taken at Pole Tricks discretion.
(2.10) Please be considerate of others when taking pictures or filming videos in class. If you would like to post a picture or a video online which shows someone else on the back ground, please either ask their permission to post or blur/cover them (there are many editing free apps out there that you can use).
(2.11) Anyone under the age of 18 will need parental/guardian consent to join the classes.
(2.12) Our minimum age for our adult aerial hoop or pole fitness classes is 16, unless otherwise discussed with the instructor.
(2.13) Unfortunately Pole Tricks do not teach pregnant ladies.
(2.14) If you are injured you must check first with your doctor if you are able to attend classes. And all students must let their instructor know if they have any new injuries prior to attending the classes.
(2.15) Please avoid coming to class if you are unwell, due to the nature of our sport it can be very easy to spread germs.

(2.16) Practice sessions will be on offer based on class sizes, spaces will be released on the day at the instructors discretion. Pole Tricks reserves the right to cancel practice sessions at any time.

3. MONTHLY DD MEMBERSHIPS, CATCH UPS & MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATIONS:

(3.1) All recurring memberships (monthly DD) require one months notice to cancel (notice period starts on your next payment date) 
(3.2) If you do not follow the membership cancellation policy, you will be blocked from booking any future classes with Pole Tricks until the outstanding balance is paid.
(3.3) To qualify for a catch up you must leave your class on the booking system a minimum of 24 hours before it's due to start.
(3.4) You MUST contact your instructor after leaving the class, so your catch up can be added to your profile manually. Once added, catch ups are valid for 30 days from the day of your missed class.
(3.5) Catch ups are down to students to arrange and students must follow the catch up policy.
(3.6) Catch ups spaces are subject to availability, you must book in advance to avoid disappointment.
(3.7) Catch ups are not to be used in replacement of your regular class (for example: you cannot leave your regular class and re-book with one of your catch ups.
(3.8) Class spaces are prioritised for paid bookings over catch ups, you must cancel your catch up slot if you no longer can attend a class or else you will be charged for that space.

(3.9) Please note catch ups are a bonus added by Pole Tricks and not part of your paid membership, catch ups can be amended or cancelled at any point.

(3.10) Catch ups will not be added or reduction in fees given to compensate for the holiday closure period (Christmas and New Year week). 

(3.11) If your class is cancelled because of weather conditions (snow), low numbers (below 4 students) or instructor illness, you will be given a catch up to use within 30 days of your missed class, you can use your catch up for any of our available classes in any venue.
(3.12) If you are unable to attend catch ups and you are worried about loosing your classes, you need to review your membership options. We offer 3 different types of memberships to suit all students.
(3.13) Mixed memberships entitle you to catch up on any discipline that is stated on your membership.

(3.14) Catch ups can be used at a practice sessions, one catch up equals to one practice session. Please note practice sessions are supervised but not taught, you must come prepared with moves to practice that you are confident in and no new moves must be attempted.

(3.15) Arranging for another student to attend your class in your place will result in extra charges. Bookings are non refundable and non transferable, which means other students cannot take your place or use your classes.
(3.16) 'Catch up swapsies' is another opportunity to use your catch up, to upgrade your catch up to another discipline which is not part of your current membership for a small fee of £4.
(3.17) To qualify for swapsies you must contact us as soon as you know that you will not be able to attend your regular catch up. This MUST be done within the original catch up expiry date and swapsies do not entitle you to extend your catch up time period.
(3.18) Swapsies (catch up upgrade) payments MUST be made via bank transfer immediately after request. Once arranged swapsies are irreversible.
​(3.19) For your monthly membership you are billed 12 times a year, on the 1st of each month. If you attend once a week you are paying for: 4 classes per month or 48 classes a year. If you attend twice a week you are paying for: 8 classes per month or 96 classes per year. If you attend 3 times a week you are paying for: 12 classes per month or 144 classes per year.
(3.20) Monthly memberships can be placed on hold for one calendar month (if arranged in advance, to do this we require at least one months notice). Membership holds are down to the Pole Tricks discretion.
(3.21) Membership holds can only start from your next payment date. Whilst your memberships is on hold you cannot attend any classes. Once your hold has ended the booking system will resume to taking payments as normal. To cancel your membership whilst on hold you must follow the cancellation policy and give one months notice.
(3.22) *PLEASE NOTE* cancelled memberships or memberships on hold will not qualify for catch ups and any outstanding catch ups will be lost from the day you cancel or hold your membership. If you cancel your membership and a class is cancelled by Pole Tricks during the last month of your membership, you will not be entitled to catch up as this is a benefit for active monthly members only.

(3.2.1) Joint monthly memberships that are downgraded still require one months notice to make this change.

(3.2.2) Joint monthly memberships that are downgraded will not qualify for catch ups in the discipline that has been cancelled form their joint monthly membership.

(3.23) Pole Tricks reserves the right to cancel monthly memberships which are not been used by the student when there is a waiting list for monthly memberships.

4. CHILDREN'S CLASSES (YOUNG FLYERS)

(4.1) For our children's classes/courses and workshops we recommend for 10 to 15 years olds, because aerial classes require a high level of concentration and maturity (if your child already has a gymnastics background and they are below the recommended age, please drop us a message so we can advise you). 

(4.2) For private lessons and small group privates, students as young as 6 to 9 years olds can start their aerial journey, however this will also depend on the child's maturity, safety comes first and due to the nature of aerial classes, it can be dangerous if young students are not following instructions.
(4.3) Children's classes run 4 weeks per month for 12 months of the year, for 'floating weeks' (5th week of the month) we will have an inset day for instructor training (Please see booking system for inset dates)

(4.4) In the even of a class being cancelled due to weather conditions (snow) or instructor illness, you will receive a refund for the cancelled class as we cannot run a replacement class.
(4.5) Children's classes, courses and workshops bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable, please bare this in mind when booking.
(4.6) In the event of the child being ill and missing a class, Pole Tricks will not be able to offer a replacement class or catch up class. 
(4.7) If the child develops an injury or a long term illness whilst booked onto a course, a doctors note will be required stating the child is no long able to exercise to qualify for a refund of their remaining classes.
(4.8) Student to equipment ratio can vary for our children's classes/courses/workshops depending on class numbers and students' levels, however we will not exceed 5 children to each piece of equipment.

(4.9) Pole Tricks reserves the right to cancel Children's classes/courses/workshops if the minimum number is not reached (4 students).

(4.10) Children MUST respect the instructor and other students whilst in class, failure to do so will lead to no longer being able to attend classes, and all remaining classes already paid for will be lost.

(4.11) To cancel a child's monthly membership please contact us before the next monthly payment is due to come out (the booking system requires at least 2 weeks notice).
