Life is simple. You get what you put in. And that goes for every aspect of life! There’s no other way around it and there’s no magic wand, sorry guys! 🪄 Think about...


How much do you give to your training?


Do you want to get strong? How much conditioning exercises are you doing?


Do you want to get flexible? How much stretching are you doing?


Do you want to get really good at a certain skill?


How many classes are you attending and much are you practicing?


Do you want to… (insert another wish here)


What you see when you watch someone’s video online is pure hard work and determination. Many failed attempts or many building blocks to get where they are.


If you ever feel like you’re stuck, not progressing or my least favourite word ‘plateau’ in your training... then you need to change your training! Anything else you can add to your training as well will help. I always tell my students to do other things when having this conversation.


You can do yoga and stretching at home with YouTube tutorials, go running or go swimming, use weights at the gym or at home. Attend another class at the studio, because cross training is great for helping you progress faster!


So many options and anything else you add to your training will benefit you in some way 💪🏼 If you want specific exercises to help you progress on a certain move or skill, then speak to your instructor and they can give you some exercises to work on.
